Install Basic32 firmware

Connect your ESP32 via USB.
If required, put the board into boot mode, then press Install. The chip is detected automatically.

Open the left menu for tools, examples and downloads.

If the button doesn’t appear, make sure you are using Chrome/Edge and a secure (HTTPS) connection.

INSTALL NOTES
1) Plug in the board (USB)
2) Boot mode (if needed)
3) Press INSTALL
4) Open Serial Monitor @ 115200

Troubleshooting

Install button not visible

Use Chrome or Edge and make sure you are on HTTPS (WebUSB requires a secure context).

Device not detected

Try another USB cable/port. Some cables are power-only. Also check board drivers if needed.

Boot mode

Some boards require holding BOOT while connecting or when starting the flash process.
